Hisoya? GMO RT-62 (Food Grade)
1501 GMO RT-62
Description: GMO type Refined Transparent soya lecithin
Produced by using high technology of bleaching, filtering and adsorption, this product has features of light color, pourable, high purity and low peroxide value. So, it is best for paint and ink application. (Gardner c. 8–10; viscosity 8-12Pas; TI: 0.05-0.1%; peroxide value NMT5 )
Also, it is produced according to food grade standards, so it can be used as food additive on GMO-labeled foods such as cream and margarine and so on.
